An interactive theatre experience that is terrifying and delightful in equal measure will be back on the ArtSpring stage this Saturday, Sept. 12 after first thrilling local audiences five years ago.
Improv coach, actor and clowning aficionado Bob Twaites was responsible for bringing Eric Davis and his Red Bastard show to the island in 2010, leading to the subsequent presentation of several world-class Fringe Fest acts as well as Twaites’ lasting goal of developing a full-scale clowning festival on Salt Spring.
Davis has also been busy in the intervening years, taking Red Bastard to festival stages around the world to great success and earning five-star reviews and awards in every city he visits.
